Purpose
This section contains official documents from Rome and from bishops' conferences concerning the liturgy. Considerations The list of documents provided here is not comprehensive. As I have the time I will add more documents. It also needs to be noted that not all of the documents are currently in force due to updates and changes in later documents. For the most current answers to questions about liturgical law, please see the Rubrics section. The topics in this section follow the convention found in "Documents on the Liturgy 1963-1979" For those wishing to have a rather comprehensive volume of liturgical documents from Rome, we recommend Documents on the Liturgy. This volume does not contain documents from bishops' conferences but it does contain most liturgical documents as well as addresses and letters.
